However, if your item arrives damaged or defective (tears, stains, holes, stitching issues, major misprints, or wrong design), you're eligible for a free reprint or full refund within 30 days of delivery. How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times after production: US: 2–7 business days, Canada: 5–10 business days, Australia: 7–14 business days, International: 10–20 business days. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
