Our Commitment to Quality

At Ether2Earth, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Each item is custom-printed just for you using our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because all items are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that meet our quality standards. This allows us to minimize waste and keep our prices competitive.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free reprint or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a reprint or refund:

  • Contact us at shop@ether2earth.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  • No need to return the damaged product

Eligible Issues Include:

  • Damaged items (tears, stains, holes)
  • Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, fabric flaws)
  • Significant printing errors (major misprints, wrong design)

Important Quality Standards:

  • For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches. Minor variations within this tolerance are normal and not considered defects.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wrong size or color ordered (please check carefully before ordering)
  • Items you've changed your mind about
  • Items with print placement variations within 0.5 inches
  • Minor color variations due to screen or printing process
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Unsuccessful Delivery

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or delivery issues:

  • You may request a reprint with an additional shipping charge, or
  • Receive a partial refund

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Processing Refunds

Once we approve your claim:

  • Reprints: Your replacement item will be produced and shipped within 2-7 business days
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
    • For USD payments: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
    • For non-USD payments: Refunds are returned directly to your original payment source
