All items are made-to-order and printed on demand. Here's what to expect:

• Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships.
• Standard Shipping (US): 2–7 business days after production.
• Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days after production.
• Standard Shipping (Australia): 7–14 business days after production.
• International Shipping: 10–20 business days after production.

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Because all items are custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that meet our quality standards.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right:

• Contact us at shop@ether2earth.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
• We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the item.

Our Commitment to Quality
At Ether2Earth, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Each item is custom-printed just for you using our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Made-to-Order Policy
Because all items are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that meet our quality standards. This allows us to minimize waste and keep our prices competitive.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free reprint or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a reprint or refund:

• Contact us at shop@ether2earth.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
• We'll review your request within 2–3 business days
• No need to return the damaged product

Eligible Issues Include: Damaged items (tears, stains, holes), manufacturing defects (stitching issues, fabric flaws), significant printing errors (major misprints, wrong design).

Non-Returnable Items: Wrong size or color ordered by customer, items you've changed your mind about, print placement variations within 0.5 inches, minor color variations due to screen or printing process, items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Processing Refunds: Reprints are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
