All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged if they meet quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective (tears, stains, holes, stitching issues, major misprints, or wrong design), you're eligible for a free reprint or full refund within 30 days of delivery. How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times after production: US: 2–7 business days, Canada: 5–10 business days, Australia: 7–14 business days, International: 10–20 business days. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
