What is your return policy?
All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged if they meet quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective (tears, stains, holes, stitching issues, major misprints, or wrong design), you're eligible for a free reprint or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply email shop@ether2earth.com with your order number and photos — no need to return the item.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times after production: US: 2–7 business days, Canada: 5–10 business days, Australia: 7–14 business days, International: 10–20 business days. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact shop@ether2earth.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
Can I change my size or color after ordering?
Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accommodate size or color changes after an order is placed. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Reprints are shipped within 2–7 business days. Contact shop@ether2earth.com to initiate a claim within 30 days of delivery.
How do I know which size to order?
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart, which you can find in the product images above. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
